Refund Policy
At BDMicrostock, we strive to provide high-quality education in photography, videography, and microstock skills. We want our students to be satisfied with their learning experience.
1. Eligibility for Refund
Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, the following criteria must be met:
You have consumed less than 10% of the course content.
No digital assets or resources (presets, guides, etc.) have been downloaded.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued if the user is found violating our Ethical Conduct Policy or using skills for illegal purposes.
Lack of immediate financial results is not a ground for a refund, as passive income requires consistent effort and time.
“Accidental purchases” or “change of mind” after accessing the course dashboard.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email us at bdmicrostock@gmail.com with your order details and a valid reason for the request. Our team will review the request based on your course progress logs.
4. Processing Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. Please note that transaction fees charged by third-party payment gateways are non-refundable.
